VEHICLE WASHWATER RECYCLING UNITS

Vehicle servicing centers consume quite a huge quantity of water. The washed water (wastewater) contains mainly oil and grease. It also contains silt and dirt from vehicles. This wastewater is treated to a level wherein it can be recycled and reused. This involves various components viz., oil and grease separator, which separates oil and grease from the wastewater; in the sedimentation tank silt particles which settle at the bottom are removed; mircofilter is the one which arrests any left out fine contaminant particles. The out put is clear water which can be reused and recycled selectively for various purposes.
